On a 1.6 ECOboost these DTC codes and symptoms are usually caused by a defective Fuel Pump Control Module. This module controls the low pressure fuel pump inside the fuel tank. As far as I remember the Fuel Pump Control Module on a Fiesta should be located under the driver seat (probaly under the carpet). The 1.6 liter Ecoboost only makes 184 foot pounds of torque while the 2 liter makes 270 foot pounds of torque. Torque is very import in acelerating from a dead stop as well as pulling a load and there is about 1.5 to 2 second drop in 0 to 60 mph times with the 2 liter engine. 86 foot pounds of extra torque is nothing to sneeze at. .
